Important!

We value our relationship with you and want to keep you as our patient. To this regard, we will keep rates of our direct-pay patients as reasonable as possible while still delivering the quality of care you deserve.

  1. If you haven’t been seen in more than 3 years, you are considered a new patient.

  2. The fee schedule is not comprehensive and the charges may end up less or more than outlined depending on anatomic/body location and complexity of the specialized service you receive.

  3. You may be able to file for out-of-network benefits with your insurance whenever possible if you do not carry the insurance we accept.

  4. Biopsies and excisions may generate additional charges from skin pathology experts as they are usually sent for confirmatory microscopic analysis. For those with insurance, we use an in-network reference laboratory.
