Joanna Hoffman, APRN

Joanna Hoffman is a Board-Certified Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner. She is fellowship-trained in general medical, cosmetic, and surgical dermatology. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from the University of Florida and completed her Master of Science degree in Nursing from the University of Central Florida.

Joanna worked as a nurse practitioner on an observation unit, which functioned as an extension of the emergency department. She then pursued her dream to work in dermatology. Her experience in internal medicine gives her great insight in the diagnosis and treatment of dermatologic diseases. Joanna is committed to providing quality and holistic patient care. She is passionate about patient education, preventative medicine, and evidence-based practice.

In her spare time, Joanna enjoys spending time with her husband, Ryan, and their two dogs, Oliver and Riley. She enjoys the beach, staying active, cooking, and being creative. Joanna is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, the American Academy of Dermatology, and the Dermatology Nurses’ Association. She is fluent in English and Spanish.
