Evan Chastain, APRN

Evan Chastain is a board-certified Advanced Practice Registered Nurse with dual board certifications in family medicine and dermatology. She is also a member of the National Academy of Dermatology Nurse Practitioners. 

Evan grew up in a military family, moving frequently, which allowed her to experience many different places, both nationally and internationally. After graduating high school in Germany, she moved back to the US and attended the University of Florida, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing followed by a Master’s of Science in Nursing. In 2009, Evan started her career in dermatology. She has practiced this specialty in the central Florida community for over 15 years and has a vested interest in general medical dermatology and overall skin health and aesthetics. She focuses on patient education in hopes of helping her patients establish healthy skin care habits and reach their own individualized dermatologic goals. 

Evan is married with two daughters and focuses her spare time on her family. She also volunteers at her local church and prioritizes an active lifestyle.
